By creating an account or using IGA (In Game Analytics), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
IGA is a football coaching analytics platform that allows coaches to chart plays, build call sheets, and analyze game data in real time. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. IGA is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Base44 Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of IGA — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of IGA and its owner. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.
Data you enter into IGA (play logs, call sheets, scouting notes) remains your property. You grant IGA a limited license to store and display your data solely to provide the service to you.
You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or use IGA for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
IGA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
